Key Responsibilities:
A Senior Accounting Supervisor will possess several years of experience, including a minimum of one year in a leadership capacity.

Connor Group professionals must be adept problem solvers, critical thinkers, and effective communicators, capable of taking full ownership and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.

We seek individuals who are passionate about assisting others in resolving challenges. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Assistance with Financial Statement Closures
  • Financial Reporting/SEC Compliance
  • General Ledger Management
  • Consolidation Accounting
  • Managerial Accounting
  • Complex Debt, Revenue, Lease, and Equity Accounting
  • Support for ERP/Procurement/Close Management Platforms
  • Fostering client relationships through high-quality deliverables, executed promptly, thereby adding value and creating opportunities for further engagement

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with a Big Four or similar top-tier accounting firm, or a combination of public accounting and high-performance industry accounting experience
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act as and lead the client contact
  • Enthusiasm for assisting clients with a keen interest in operational accounting
  • Master's degree in Accounting preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Experience with accounting software, particularly NetSuite or other large ERP systems, is highly valued; familiarity with tools such as FloQast, Blackline, Workiva, and Carta is a plus.
