Key Responsibilities:
A Senior Accounting Supervisor will possess extensive experience, including a minimum of one year in a leadership capacity.
Connor Group professionals must be adept problem solvers, critical thinkers, and effective communicators, capable of taking full ownership and serving as the primary contact for our clients.

Primary Duties Include:
- Assisting with Financial Statement Closures
- Overseeing Financial Reporting and SEC Compliance
- Managing General Ledger Activities
- Conducting Consolidation Accounting
- Engaging in Managerial Accounting
- Handling Complex Debt, Revenue, Lease, and Equity Accounting
- Providing support for ERP, Procurement, and Close Management platforms
- Building strong client relationships through timely, high-quality deliverables that add value and create opportunities for further engagement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Big Four or similarly prestigious accounting firm, or a combination of public accounting and high-performance industry experience
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and act as the primary client contact
- Genuine passion for assisting clients with a keen interest in operational accounting
- Master's degree in Accounting preferred; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Experience with accounting software, particularly NetSuite or other large ERP systems, is highly valued; familiarity with tools such as FloQast, Blackline, Workiva, and Carta is a plus
