Shamrock Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing technical accounting guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including 10-K and 10-Q SEC filings, quarterly earnings supplemental packages, and earnings press releases.
  • Research and document technical accounting and financial reporting issues, including new FASB pronouncements and SEC reporting updates.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance to the team and support the Director of Financial Reporting in all aspects of financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of accounting experience from either public accounting or financial reporting.
