We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our AWS Marketing Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the full program responsibilities for our business team's large and complex cross-functional technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of features across multiple technical teams.
- Create and track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and describe, own, and prioritize all technical requirements associated with delivery.
- Operate the AWS Application Security review process for all qualified service launches to ensure security is top of mind.
- Drive the end-to-end workflow management for external team requests through our Intake & Prioritization process.
- Facilitate discussions between requestors, development teams, and product managers to simplify and distill complex business needs into actionable product and development requirements.
- Drive simplification and efficiency in existing engineering architecture designs, especially those related to customer interfaces and system dependencies.
- Provide regular business updates and demonstrate understanding of risks to unblock innovation and improve speed of delivery.
