AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.
The Mission
The mission for Amazon Field Experiences (AFX) team in SMGS is to maximize AWS's success by delivering industry leading go-to-market tooling that enables AWS Field teams to exceed business outcomes and accelerate AWS cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- This role is pivotal to the successful creation, implementation and acceleration of AFX strategic initiatives, working across SMGS teams to deliver for customers.
- The function will own matrixed execution of AFX products and solutions, including coordination of roadmaps across SMGS business units, cross-org opportunity/risks identification and resolution and the establishment of closed loop mechanisms that ensure SMGS leaders and their teams are fully engaged, involved and informed on AFX strategic initiatives from ideation to post-launch.
- This role must have excellent communication, collaboration, coordination, and alignment skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and resources.
- This role must also be able to dive deep in understanding customer needs, product/capability design and development, and change management.
