Position Overview:
Our client is in search of a part-time Office Administrator to enhance their team. This role requires on-site presence and involves supporting daily operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage incoming phone communications
- Facilitate light scheduling of meetings and logistics
- Organize employee calendars
- Handle incoming deliveries, including packages and meals
- Coordinate with building personnel and various service providers
- Maintain visitor logs for security purposes
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are replenished
Essential Qualifications:
- Collaborative team member willing to undertake diverse tasks for seamless office operations
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within the financial services sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
