Program Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proficient Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our products and services. In this capacity, you will manage the commercial aspects and customer service functions for both internal and external stakeholders. Your main objective will be to ensure that client expectations are fulfilled while orchestrating teams to launch new offerings or improve existing ones. You will be accountable for reporting on project advancements, collaborating across departments, and meeting financial objectives tied to each initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison between the organization and clients to fulfill commercial requirements.
  • Guarantee that all program-related decisions are in accordance with client agreements and advantageous to the company.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all components involved in initiating new programs, processing requests, or modifying products.
  • Effectively manage client relationships, orders, deliveries, revenue goals, and business challenges.
  • Advocate for the company's integrated solutions and direct clients towards appropriate products/services.
  • Lead customer service initiatives and mentor teams to improve satisfaction rates.
  • Ensure that timely and precise data is accessible to uphold supply commitments.
  • Address any conflicts related to planning or orders with clients and internal teams.
  • Utilize backlog to enhance order management efficiency.
  • Examine client forecasts to pinpoint and rectify accuracy concerns.
  • Drive essential performance metrics related to operations, quality, and material management.
  • Oversee product End-of-Life processes while minimizing cost implications for the company and clients.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager, or 13 years of equivalent experience in the absence of a degree.
