Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and coordinate care provided by the agency team
- Utilize direct and extended healthcare team for safe care
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop and carry out the plan of care
- Participate in quality improvement activities and projects to promote services and care of the organization
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current state of Wisconsin driver's license with acceptable record
