Our Project Construction Leader, with extensive experience in the transportation sector, will guide you through your journey. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals who possess a deep understanding of industry standards and exceptional client service.

Your Responsibilities
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Oversee transportation construction projects for various governmental clients.
  • Facilitate professional meetings, including pre-construction and weekly updates.
  • Conduct civil engineering calculations and prepare necessary engineering documentation.
  • Act as a liaison among clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors.
  • Ensure project documentation is delivered within budget and time constraints.
  • Foster client relationships and contribute to business development.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
  • Assist in the design of transportation and municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Handle contract administration for municipal projects.

About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in public infrastructure project administration. Familiarity with construction and design standards, as well as government project delivery processes, is essential. Experience in construction administration is a must.

A degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, but practical experience is highly valued. We seek someone who can work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision. Your expertise will be crucial in building a strong team and delivering successful projects.

This role involves significant fieldwork, requiring travel to various job sites. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary. This position allows for remote work, with a focus on proximity to project sites.

Winter Preparation
Experience with Civil 3D is advantageous, particularly during the off-season. The ability to collaborate on traffic management and design reviews is a plus. We value adaptability and a willingness to tackle diverse tasks.
