We are on the lookout for a Project Engineer to contribute to our operations. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in injection molding processes and engineering to support a variety of products and materials. Your responsibilities will encompass project management, the development of plastic injection tooling, vendor coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop plastic injection tooling for both new and existing customer components
  • Oversee the project development and execution phases
  • Manage project budgets that may exceed $500,000
  • Promote process improvements and enhancements
  • Engage with customers to ensure part designs are manufacturable
  • Coordinate the selection and management of tooling vendors
  • Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee project completion within budgetary constraints
  • Implement ongoing process improvements
  • Collaborate with teams to estimate cycle times and pricing structures
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on Project Engineering or Tooling Engineering
  • Preferred experience in Plastic Injection Molding
