Job Overview

Compensation: $100,000 plus commission

As a Sales Executive for Commercial Laundry Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors including hospitality, healthcare, and fitness industries that require commercial laundry equipment and services. You will utilize your sales expertise and industry insights to comprehend client needs, propose suitable solutions, negotiate agreements, and foster enduring client relationships to enhance revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within targeted market segments.

• Generate leads through various methods including networking, cold outreach, and referrals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to better understand client requirements.

2. Consultative Sales Approach:

• Engage in comprehensive needs assessments with prospective clients to ascertain their laundry needs and budgetary constraints.

• Present tailored commercial laundry solutions that align with client specifications.

• Effectively demonstrate product features and benefits to convey value propositions.

3. Negotiation and Closing Sales:

• Develop and present compelling sales proposals and quotes.

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve optimal profitability while satisfying client needs.

• Address client objections and concerns to facilitate successful deal closures.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Provide ongoing support and training to clients as necessary.

• Stay updated on industry trends and client feedback to enhance service delivery.

5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven sales experience in the commercial laundry sector or a related industry.

• Strong knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and technology.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
