Architectural Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Sales Manager to join our team at Cosentino. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Sales: Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, corporate accounts, and services providers to gain specifications and sales of work surfaces, flooring, interior cladding, and exterior facades.
- Business Development: Promote the organization's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations, and develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate relationships, product placement, and project details with updated developments within the project management database, and coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure successful sales implementation of programs.
- Business Intelligence: Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products, the proper application, and specification requirements, and act as a facilitator and provide recommendations to senior management with key sales information.
- Professional Experience: 4+ years of building materials/construction/commercial projects sales experience, 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects, and 1+ year of business development.
- Knowledge: Building materials experience and stone fabrication or distribution experience.
- Academic Background: High School/GED, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is desired.
