Position Overview:

As a Medication Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents at Park Meadows Senior Living & Memory Care.

Compensation:
Starting at $21.00/hr

Work Schedule:
Part-Time, Overnight

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee, manage, and assist residents with their medication requirements.
  2. Accurately transcribe and maintain records in the Medication Assistance Record.
  3. Support residents in Assisted Living and potentially Memory Care with daily living activities, including taking vital signs, providing first aid, and managing wound care.
  4. Facilitate communication with external healthcare professionals as needed.
  5. Transport residents within the community for activities, dining, and other departmental needs.
  6. Respond promptly to emergency calls, resident and visitor requests, and any environmental safety concerns.

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive care and support.
