Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Steadily. As a key member of our Client Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class, end-to-end experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to high-volume inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to address servicing requests for active policies.
- Handle any servicing requests that do not require a license to handle, such as billing inquiries, requests for policy documents, and non-premium bearing endorsements (policy changes).
- Process requests across 15+ insurance carrier systems we work with and maintain updated records in our agency management system (Salesforce).
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed.
- Customer Service: You have direct experience working in a customer-facing role and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: You have above-average technical skills; learning to navigate new systems and tools is easy for you.
- Hungry: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your growth. You want to roll up your sleeves and hustle.
- Solution Oriented: You don't need explicit instructions to figure out a problem; you're a problem solver and you won't stop until you've found a solution and resolved an issue.

- Salary: $65,000 per year ($31.25 / hour)
