We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team at Examinetics. This role will provide critical support to clients using the Salux Tablet Audiometer, ensuring seamless hearing testing experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and conducting client training through Teams meetings
  • Maintaining daily tele-tech schedules
  • Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to achieve department and company goals
  • Administering online audiograms (tele-tech)
  • Establishing new accounts
  • Diagnosing and solving basic technical problems
  • Proactively investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Informing supervisors of issues requiring further assistance
  • Assisting clients with finding and understanding information through the XM Reporting Site
