Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Platform Management

  • Function as the subject matter expert and platform manager for the Salesforce Cloud suite, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including user onboarding, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, groups, organization-wide defaults (OWD), rules, and access controls.
  • Handle all Salesforce configuration adjustments, encompassing flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, applications, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and execute projects on the Salesforce platform, leveraging best practices to deploy scalable solutions.
  • Act as the primary contact for Salesforce consultants and vendors.

Process Improvement, Project Coordination, and Support

  • Propose innovative ideas, processes, and modifications to enhance existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes and design future state workflows, establishing clear requirements and specifications for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Employ project management methodologies to create detailed plans for the execution and delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Assist stakeholders and users with escalated Salesforce support issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Data Management and Reporting

  • Support stakeholders and users in designing and configuring reports and dashboards that deliver critical insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provide expertise and assistance to the business intelligence team in data analytics projects and the development of models for business and clinical insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Familiarity with basic triggers and knowledge of Apex code.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence and the ability to provide clear instructions and train others.
  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator with Trailhead Badges/Super Badges.
  • Exceptional ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Prior experience in DevOps/release management.
  • Capability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.) and data transfer agreements.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
  • Additional certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer is a plus.
  • Active participation in the Salesforce community is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required by the role.
