  • Communicate effectively with families and agencies, addressing health-related concerns and coordinating necessary procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in areas such as patient care, communication, and teamwork.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Current LPN or Certified Medical Assistant certification.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established policies and procedures.
