We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. As a member of our team, you will evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
The successful candidate will have a valid Vermont state SLP License, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing treatment plans, providing speech and language therapy, collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining accurate records, and attending meetings to provide reports on student progress.
**Compensation:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
