Market Development Representative

As a Client Solutions Specialist with our North Houston Division, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing expert advice and guidance on benefits and wellness programs. About the Role
You will be responsible for analyzing client needs, developing tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and retention. With a strong focus on results-oriented performance, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of business objectives.
What We Offer
We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent, and we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of benefits and wellness programs, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and prior experience in sales or account management is highly desirable.
Location
This role is based in our North Houston Division office, and you will be working directly with clients in the region. We are seeking a local candidate who can travel occasionally to client meetings and events.
