Business Development Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company and meeting with insurance companies, property managers/owners, and other industry professionals to promote our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and property managers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of outside sales experience in construction/restoration
- Ability to work late nights and weekends as needed
- Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to respond to emergency calls 24/7
