Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Territory Sales Specialist for Dental Implants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals. You will work closely with dental professionals to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals
* Sell directly to business owners in General Dentistry, Periodontists, Orthodontists, and other dental professionals
* Use CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory
* Support practitioners to grow their business and increase patient satisfaction
* Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activities to support sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

* Completed Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 4 years experience in medical office outside sales, preferably in dental implant or dental rehabilitation sales
* Driven, 'hunter' mentality with a keen appetite for new business development and a passion for achieving sales excellence
* Excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation

* $80-95k Base DOE, 200k++ at plan, uncapped. Plus car allowance, gas, expenses, 401k, great benefits and more
