Technical Support Specialist

At Cynet Systems, we are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal users, external customers, and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting, deployment, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support to internal users, external customers, and vendors.
- Install, deploy, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and lifecycle hardware and software throughout the organization.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in workload management, asset management, and administrative applications.
- Provide tier I and II support in all areas of the organizational service portfolio.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
- Use routine troubleshooting methodologies to provide efficient and effective resolution.
- Self-directed once assigned work and functions with considerable independence.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of technical support experience or 6+ years of technical support experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with the deployment, repair, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with general networking and customer/server concepts.
