Technical Support Analyst - Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to client end-users for software applications, hardware/devices, logging and tracking service call details in ticketing systems, and escalating problems for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical support staff
- Document and track technical issues in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software applications and hardware devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
