Job OverviewAs a key member of the Powder River Industries, LLC team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with data protection regulations and laws. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive privacy compliance program, monitoring compliance with GDPR and other national data protection laws, and performing internal audits to ensure adherence to established policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee a privacy compliance program, supporting the needs of privacy and security executives and their teams.
  • Monitor compliance with GDPR and other national data protection laws, as well as policies established by controllers or processors for the protection of personal data.
  • Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Elevate awareness within the organization about compliance requirements.
  • Train staff involved in processing operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and supervisory authorities.
  • Manage internal data protection activities.
  • Advise on data protection impact assessments.

Requirements
  • Q clearance preferred; may consider Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years.
  • On-site work required; no remote work.
