As a Closing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful loan closing process. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and closing agents will make all the difference.

You'll be responsible for managing a pipeline of loans, drafting and reviewing closing packages, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines. Your goal is to deliver top-notch quality and meet timelines while providing exceptional customer service.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. If you're passionate about helping others and working in a collaborative environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role:

  • Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring every detail is in order and timelines are met.
  • Draft and review closing packages, working directly with loan teams and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry guidelines, ensuring all processes are compliant with ever-changing regulations.
