Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to support the effective management and maintenance of our properties. This role encompasses customer service, financial oversight, facility upkeep, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site and Vendor Oversight: Ensure compliance with established policies and contract agreements while assisting in the management of vendors responsible for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring service expectations are met and customer satisfaction is prioritized.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with site management to achieve financial objectives, assist in budgeting, and prepare financial reports.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop a motivated team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in facilities management or a similar area. Proficiency in various information technology tools and strong analytical skills are essential.

Location: This position is based on-site.
