Business Operations Coordinator Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. As an Office Manager/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and coordinating various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull commercial and residential permits
  • Coordinate and schedule projects
  • Coordinate inspections
  • Order materials
  • Process warranties and guarantees
  • Lead production meetings
  • Process mitigation reports
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Create purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and QuickBooks
