Business Operations Coordinator Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at NorthPoint Search Group Inc. As an Office Manager/Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and coordinating various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull commercial and residential permits
- Coordinate and schedule projects
- Coordinate inspections
- Order materials
- Process warranties and guarantees
- Lead production meetings
- Process mitigation reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create purchase orders
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and QuickBooks
