Sales Team Lead

KRUEGER is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Team Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a small team of sales representatives and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Train and develop sales representatives to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales software
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
