Executive Director of Public Housing Management

This is a senior leadership position responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of TNHA. The Executive Director oversees all activities in accordance with TNHA bylaws, directives of the Board of Commissioners, and applicable federal and state laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, lead, and manage all TNHA employees.
- Negotiate, administer, and monitor TNHA commitments, contracts, and programs.
- Oversee budget, accounting, financial management, development, and construction administration.
- Monitor compliance with housing and grant requirements, including NAHASDA and federal circulars.
- Represent TNHA in its relations with tribes, municipalities, industry groups, housing associations, state, and federal entities.
About You:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to fill this key role. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or at least five years of relevant work experience in housing, construction, lending, social services, or related fields.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with governing bodies and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong organizational and administrative skills are also essential.
Benefits:
