We are looking for a dedicated and organized Lead Cook to join our team at the Arctic Slope Native Association. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, planning menus, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

About the Job:

  • You will work closely with the Director of Food Service to develop and implement menu plans, manage inventory, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting, is essential.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, including time sheets, inventory reports, and sanitation logs.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
