Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our nursing staff has the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.

About the Role: The Clinical Educator will be responsible for creating and implementing clinical education programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives. This includes working collaboratively with clinical leaders to identify educational needs, designing and delivering educational programs, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will also assist in the placement of nursing students and collaborate with other education department members to ensure seamless integration of new staff into our healthcare system.
