About the Role

HCS is looking for an experienced Team Coordinator to lead our staff development and support initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting excellence in care and service delivery.

Your primary responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring, and developing direct care staff to enhance their skills and confidence. You will also be responsible for facilitating effective communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of developmental disabilities, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and adherence to HCSS policies and procedures. You will also be expected to complete mandatory trainings and certifications.

Benefits Package: Our comprehensive benefits package includes two paid personal days, paid lunch time, health insurance, 401K, paid training, three weeks paid vacation, and an annual salary of $44,000, with an additional bonus program.
