Job Description:

This position requires a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide one-on-one support to students with mental health diagnoses and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with licensed clinicians and school personnel to develop behavioral management skills and promote academic success
  2. Offer supportive guidance to students in need

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is up to $23/hour, which includes medical, dental, vision, and paid holidays. Additionally, employees receive discounted pet insurance, a company-issued Chromebook, and participation in the Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness Program and 403b retirement plan.

Requirements:

  • 90 college credits (3 years of college)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to complete a criminal background check
