About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator/RN to join our team at Northern Light Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical education programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver educational programs for nursing staff, including workshops, seminars, and online courses
  2. Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify educational needs and develop training plans
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement
  4. Maintain accurate records of educational activities and participant feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
