Job Overview:

In this role, the individual will work under general supervision to ensure the effective management of customer freight orders, aiming to achieve volume targets while providing an outstanding customer experience.

The position necessitates the development and nurturing of strong customer relationships to optimize business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance freight potential and growth.
  • Guarantee timely deliveries, damage-free services, and precise billing by coordinating pick-up and delivery schedules, entering customer orders into the order management system, and securing approvals for additional charges.
  • Maintain proactive communication with both internal and external customers, addressing inquiries regarding load status and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and reduce service failures.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED and up to 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Strong communication skills across various platforms.

Ability to adapt to change and manage stress effectively.

Proficient in multitasking while maintaining composure.

Competitive and sales-oriented mindset.

Resilience in challenging situations.

Compensation:

Starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may also qualify for annual bonuses and incentives based on profitability or volume metrics as outlined in the Company's incentive plans.
