Job Overview:

The role involves managing customer freight orders under general supervision to achieve volume targets while ensuring a superior customer experience. This position requires the establishment and maintenance of strong customer relationships to optimize business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers regularly to provide tailored solutions that align with their needs and objectives, thereby enhancing freight potential and growth.
  • Guarantee timely deliveries, damage-free services, and precise billing by coordinating pick-up and delivery schedules, entering customer orders into the order management system, and securing approvals for additional charges with designated customers.
  • Proactively interact with both internal and external customers to provide information, check load statuses, and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing service disruptions.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and/or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.

Compensation:

Starting pay may vary based on skills, education, experience, location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may also be eligible for annual bonuses and incentives based on company profitability or volume metrics, in accordance with the company's incentive plans.

Education:
GED (Required), Bachelor's in Business Administration/Management, Business Communications, or Transportation Logistics preferred.

Work Experience:
Experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, or Transportation/Logistics is advantageous.
