Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to facilitate the efficient operation of our assigned department. As a key member of our team, you will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Maintain filing systems as assigned
  • Retrieve information from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
  • Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings
  • Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Ensure adherence to safety training and protocols on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • At least four (4) years' experience in an administrative role providing direct support
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver license and insurance

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with computer software and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and work well independently and on a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
