RPM Physical Therapy, a fast-growing manual therapy clinic in The Woodlands, TX, is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an integral position within our facility, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless interactions from initial contact to follow-up appointments.

Your primary focus will be on managing client sessions, tracking packages, and utilizing Google Sheets to organize client information and administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for fielding inbound calls, routing them to the appropriate internal parties as needed, and checking clients in and out with a friendly and professional demeanor.

About Our Clinic

We are a one-on-one, orthopedic, manual therapy-based clinic that has been open for 5 years. Our patient population primarily consists of individuals 35+ with a history of chronic pain, failed surgeries, and those focused on living an active, mobile lifestyle. We offer physical therapy and mobility services, as well as a fully equipped personal training gym.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools is also required. Candidates with an accounting degree or background will be given preference.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
