We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc.
Job Summary:The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Organize and process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Phone and Email Support: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Special Requests: Handle guest requests and special needs, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Payment Processing: Process guest payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Guest Communication: Communicate with guests regarding room availability, special requests, and other important information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve guest issues.
- 1 Year Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Work Authorization: Valid work authorization required.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
