Job Title: Sales Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at OrderMyGear. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and qualify prospects to develop sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Research organizations and prospects to create a penetration strategy
  • Handle detailed questions about OrderMyGear's product and service capabilities
  • Connect with prospects by phone and email, using Outreach and Salesforce
  • Engage in effective communication while building relationships with potential OrderMyGear users, including C-level executives, outside sales reps, and accounting teams
  • Actively work to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree. If no degree, 2+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ years of sales, sales development, or other relevant experience with a strong track record preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a goal-oriented high-growth sales environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
  • Visa Sponsorship not available
