About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at BZO Wheel and Tire Distributor. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell wheels and tires using solid arguments to prospective customers, perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Business Planning and Strategy: Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas, manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal, and unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, and establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, and achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Team Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports, and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
