Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our fitness center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Services: Greet members and guests, check them into the system, and provide assistance with various inquiries and concerns.
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front desk activities to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our members.
  • Account Management: Facilitate updates to member accounts, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fitness or health-related industry.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage member information and perform administrative tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
