Project Overview:

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)

This position is situated within a compact office setting, collaborating closely with executive and hybrid teams. The role entails working alongside a small department consisting of a manager and two coordinators, where the selected candidate will be one of the coordinators.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be accountable for delivering services in alignment with the defined Scope of Services for Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in preparing for interviews
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Create written and visual content
  • Assist in the preparation of corporate events
  • Monitor marketing events and document project photography
  • Revise internal resumes, project documentation, and certifications
  • Additional tasks based on interests may include updating the website, managing social media, attending marketing events and pre-proposal meetings, and assisting with trade shows and training videos
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, or at least 5 years of experience in the A/E/C sector
  • Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills are required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision or similar database platforms is advantageous
  • Understanding of the Federal Construction market is a plus
