Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on contract negotiation, administration, and closeout.
- Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract plans and proposals.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with government agencies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- 5+ years of experience in DoD or DON Contracts Management.
- Experience with DoD cradle-to-grave contract management, including pre and post-award contract management.
- Experience with providing contractual consultation to government clients, including researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS), and principles of acquisition planning.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) CON III Certification.
