Talent Management Specialist Role

The Talent Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the talent initiatives and processes at Life Care Services, including performance management, career development, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent identification. This position will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal tools, processes, and training programs. Additionally, the Talent Management Specialist will support the development and maintenance of succession planning processes and tools, identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the performance management process by developing and implementing performance appraisal tools, processes, and training programs.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of succession planning processes and tools, identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.
  • Organize and facilitate talent identification review sessions, leading participants through discussion and recording and aggregating feedback.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including partnering with survey vendors to design and disburse employee surveys, participating in focus groups, and analyzing survey data to inform engagement strategies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, providing support and assistance to other members of the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience required.
  • 2-4 years of related experience required.
  • Knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
