Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Warfare Technician to contribute to our mission at LNO, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business committed to delivering outstanding services to government and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and support to students in the Cyber School program
  • Facilitate dynamic instructional sessions utilizing diverse educational methods
  • Regularly assess and enhance training resources to ensure relevance
  • Work collaboratively with both Government and Contract staff to implement training initiatives
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of curriculum materials for the Cyber School
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols within the educational environment

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Proven expertise in Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
  • Completion of the Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in military Electronic Warfare or a background in CEMA/SIGINT
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline
  • Technical proficiency in Telecommunications or Radio Frequency Engineering

Physical Demands:

  • Primarily sedentary work with occasional physical activity
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Involvement in repetitive motion tasks
