As a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Specialist, you will be essential in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of HVAC systems across various commercial and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks with safety as a priority
  • Diagnosing and servicing a variety of HVAC systems
  • Applying electrical and mechanical diagnostic expertise effectively
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance and necessary repairs
  • Completing required electronic documentation on a daily basis
  • Working autonomously to meet project deadlines
  • Utilizing a company vehicle for service appointments

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the repair of commercial HVAC systems
  • Possession of EPA universal certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with chilled water or boiler systems is advantageous
  • OSHA 10 certification (provided if necessary)
  • Physical capability to manage tasks and equipment
