Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electronic Warfare Technician to provide instruction and mentorship in a dynamic educational environment. This role is critical in enhancing the skills of students in the Cyber School, ensuring they are well-prepared for future challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students in their professional growth and self-improvement.
- Deliver comprehensive training through interactive and diverse educational methods.
- Continuously assess and refine training materials to meet evolving needs.
- Work collaboratively with both Government and Contract personnel to facilitate effective training sessions.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of the Cyber School curriculum.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols within the training environment.
Qualifications:
- Possession of an Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Proven expertise in Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
- Completion of the Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC).
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant military experience in Electronic Warfare or a background in CEMA/SIGINT.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
- Technical proficiency in Telecommunications or RF Engineering.
Physical Demands:
- Primarily sedentary work with occasional requirements for mobility.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Involvement in repetitive motion tasks.
