Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Midwest Shooting Center. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the lead pipeline, and developing strategic relationships with potential members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Manage the lead pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
