Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development in our long-term care facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize admissions and build a strong facility census level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage resident census growth plans to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with facility teams to ensure effective sales and marketing strategies are in place
  • Train and coach facility-level Marketing Directors to develop high-performing sales teams
  • Assist with hiring and evaluating sales personnel to ensure they meet business requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare business development role or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting is preferred
